yea, today's sermon was on agape love.
was pretty bored at the starting cos i've heard of the agape word alot of times, and the pronunciation just irks me.
ah-gah-peh. greek word.
the irritation came back today, i just thought i give it a shot by listening to it :X

agape love = unconditional lovethere are 3 groups of people we can show our unconditional love for.the first group being the 'losers'. (i guess the pastor called it the losers cos there's another category known as the winners.)the losers refer to the handicapped, disabled, foreign workers, domestic maids etc.we should not despise them but provide them with our unconditional love.i guess something like that ><the second group being the 'winners'.the winners refer to the people who surpass us in the things we do. the people who do things better than us.and that we should not get jealous of them, but congratulate them, be happy for them, encourage them.and, the third group being our enemies.the people we hate.love our enemies, give them our unconditional love.i forgot what the pastor said :xbut here's a pretty quote from the 5 ppl you meet in heaven:holding anger is a poison. it eats you from inside. we think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harmed us. but, hatred is a curved blade. and the harm we do, we do to ourselves.tsk tsk, this post is so meaningful.
